Camp Wilderness Campfire Keepers
Around every campfire at Camp Wilderness, stories are told — stories of faith, courage, friendship, and the life-changing power of Jesus Christ. These flames have burned brightly for generations of boys and men who have encountered God in this sacred place.
Now, we’re inviting you to help keep that light shining for the years ahead by joining The Campfire Keepers.
The Campfire Keepers is a special fund dedicated to preserving and strengthening the ministry of Camp Wilderness — investing in the infrastructure that keeps this ministry thriving and ready for the next generation. We know that some churches and individuals already contribute to the WNMD Royal Rangers. If you are already contributing, thank you. This is another way you can point others to join us as we improve Camp Wilderness.
We have several important projects that need your help right now:
-
Finishing the Shooting Range: The NRA has helped us with grant funding, but we still need additional support to complete the roof and make this training area fully functional. The estimated cost could reach $40,000, though we’re exploring adjustments to reduce expenses
-
Expanding Our Showers: As our camp grows, so does the need for better facilities. New showers will make the camping experience more comfortable for boys and leaders alike.
-
Ongoing Maintenance: Regular upkeep ensures that Camp Wilderness remains a place of excellence, safety, and spiritual impact for future generations.
Your support will help us steward this camp well—ensuring every boy who comes here can focus on what matters most: encountering Christ.
We’re looking for men who will rise up to give—whether through a one-time significant gift or by becoming a monthly Campfire Keeper. Every contribution, large or small, helps us take the next step forward.
As we approach the end of the year, this is also a great time to make a tax-deductible donation that will make an eternal difference.
Would you prayerfully consider joining The Campfire Keepers today?
Your partnership will keep the campfires burning — not just for a season, but for generations to come.
Thank you for helping us keep the light of the Gospel shining bright at Camp Wilderness.
